The Cornfields - Phase 2 Update

Mill Bay Homes is delighted to announce the second phase of The Cornfields development at Sageston, Tenby.

Next Steps:
The above plots will be released for sale on Monday 21st August, at 9am.

For the first 24hrs, an expression of interest (EOI) needs to be made in writing to Mill Bay Homes via email - enquiries@millbayhomes.co.uk

The EOI needs to include the plot number(s) you are interested in and confirmation of your buying position. Mill Bay Homes can only accept these after 9 am on 21st August. Any emails received before this date and time will not be considered.

Mill Bay Homes will review all EOIs received and where multiple parties show interest in a particular plot, those deemed to be in the most proceedable position will be offered a chance to reserve the plot first.
