Who Can Apply?

The Local Early Bird scheme is open to applicants who:

  1. Are unable, due to limited means, to compete for open-market housing in the Pembrokeshire Council Area &
  2. Are registered on the Pembrokeshire Common Housing Register &
  3. Can demonstrate a Local Connection to the Council Area (Llangwm, Hook, Freystrop, Rosemarket, Burton, Uzmaston, Boulston & Slebech).

Homes Now Available

We are pleased to release a range of high-quality homes, including:

  • The Bilberry – 2-bedroom semi-detached
  • The Rowan – 2-bedroom semi-detached (two variants available)
  • The Elder – 3-bedroom detached

How to Apply

  1. Complete our Local Connection Form and provide proof of eligibility.
  2. If your Local Connection is confirmed, we will refer you to Censeo for a free Shared Ownership financial assessment.
  3. Eligible applications are then forwarded to Pembrokeshire County Council for approval.
  4. Once approved, you may place a Local Early Bird on your preferred plot — free of charge.

This process holds your chosen plot while your purchase progresses.

Next Steps

As construction progresses, we will keep you informed. When properties near completion, we will request your mortgage application and collect the £500 reservation fee, which is deducted from the final purchase price.
