Mill Bay Homes is a subsidiary of the ateb Group. 100% of our profit is gift-aided to our parent company to help fund the support and regeneration of local communities and provide a range of affordable housing across the region.
One such example is the development of 29 new homes in Knowling Mead, Tenby that was made possible wholly using Mill Bay gift aid.

Mill Bay Homes was launched in 2013 with its first development in Letterston. Since then, we have continued to grow and have developed over 300 properties across South West Wales.
