Primary Home Promise

Mill Bay Homes understands the importance of local communities and is committed to helping communities thrive. For this reason, we have introduced a Primary Home Promise; where two or more parties are competing to purchase a Mill Bay Homes property, priority will always be given to the party who are able to demonstrate that the property will be used as a primary home (as opposed to a second home or holiday let).
